Ash’s approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs. She is skilled in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and works closely with her patients to ensure comprehensive care and effective outcomes. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, Ash continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care.
Outside of the clinic, Ash enjoys staying active and exploring new ways to support athletes in achieving their goals.

Nicole is a renowned specialist in motor racing, working as the physiotherapist for leading Supercars squad Walkinshaw Andretti United with both its drivers and crew members. Over the years she has become the leading physiotherapist and performance coach in the industry and is the trusted health professional of many drivers and crews at all levels, from karting to Supercars, Carrera Cup, Australian GT, Formula Ford and international categories.

Nicole is a highly-experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice. A regular attendee at conferences for Sports Medicine Australia, Musculoskeletal Medicine Australia and the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Nicole is always keeping up to date with current evidence-based practice and bringing it to High Line Active.
Nicole strongly believes in a combination of Manual Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Clinical Exercise to properly rehabilitate from pain or injury.
Her career thus far has included professional stints in Melbourne, Brisbane and Cape Town (South Africa) in a variety of clinical settings including work at The Alfred Hospital across variety of specialties, mainly Orthopaedics and Trauma including the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiothoracic and Transplant Units, Oncology plus private hospital orthopedic surgery work, Private Practice Clinics (Revive; Brisbane and Tooronga Physiotherapy; Malvern). She has also worked in Occupational Health at Virgin Australia. Her sports Physiotherapy work has included numerous sports namely AFL (Hawthorn and Melbourne Football Clubs), Triathlon Australia, Cycling Queensland, Gymnastics Australia and Grand Slam-winning tennis players on the ATP/WTA tour.

Dalija Jovanovic is a distinguished Accredited Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, boasting a wealth of qualifications and experience in the field. She earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University in 2013 and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Monash Uni Low FODMAP diet for IBS, Diabetes Education, Sports Nutrition and ISAK Level 1 Anthropometry.
Notably, Dalija recently served as the Sports Performance Dietitian for the St Kilda Football Club, a testament to her expertise in the sports nutrition arena. She remains committed to staying abreast of the latest medical research, driven by her determination to guide clients through the maze of expensive and often misleading dietary fads and marketing messages.

Amanda is a registered psychologist experienced in enabling individuals, teams and organisations to thrive. She is passionate about helping clients tap into their performance potential through evidence-based mental training. Amanda has completed a Master in Sport and Exercise Psychology and worked across a variety of high-performance sport and clinical settings. She has held roles with Carlton Football Club, Brisbane Lions Academy and Brisbane City Football Club; and worked with athletes of all ages, competitive levels and sporting codes.
Amanda helps clients to develop their mental fitness to thrive in sport, work and life. She places emphasis on strengthening clients’ awareness and understanding of themselves to appropriately overcome their own challenges and setbacks and work toward their unique goals. Her areas of interest span from performance under pressure and refining the 1%ers, to managing anxiety, injury and selection difficulties. Amanda believes people from all walks of life can benefit from developing high performance habits on and off the track.
